  • Drive service design thinking across the organization, ensuring a holistic and user-centered approach
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Conduct generative and exploratory research as needed, with flexibility to lean into hands-on research execution when required
  • Help define and evolve innovation initiatives within the Product Design & Innovation team

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in UX Research, Service Design, or Design Strategy roles
  • Strong background in service design and end-to-end journey mapping
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable strategic direction
  • Experience creating visual artifacts such as journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks with strong storytelling clarity
  • Solid foundation in UX research methodologies (qualitative and/or mixed methods)
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic level (defining experience vision) and executional level (conducting research when needed)
  • Experience working within cross-functional product environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
