Principal Department Assistant

• Perform administrative and financial duties
• assist program planning and operations
• handle routine tasks including payroll management
• timely processing of invoices
• ordering and tracking office and program supplies
• creating promotional materials and social media posts for programming

• Associates degree and four to six years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• excellent customer service experience
• strong organizational skills
• the ability to prioritize multiple tasks within a deadline

Digital graphic and social media skills are strongly preferred
