Job Description

The city of Watertown is seeking a Principal Department Assistant to support the Human Services Department by performing administrative and financial duties, as well as assisting program planning and operations, that promote the department's priorities. The Principal Department Assistant handles routine tasks for the department including payroll management, timely processing of invoices, ordering and tracking office and program supplies, creating promotional materials and social media posts for programming, among other duties.
