This position will join the team providing front‑line legal support for the Xbox Organization, which builds and evolves the technologies, tools, and services that power gaming across console, PC, cloud, and emerging experiences—including those enabled by AI. You will support business teams working on developer tools, platform capabilities, and new consumer experiences, partnering closely with engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams to bring innovative ideas to players around the world. In this role, you will lead and execute a broad range of transactional work and provide day‑to‑day counseling to business teams as they develop and scale new platform features and experiences. You will advise on commercial agreements, licensing, and strategic partnerships, while also serving as a trusted advisor on product development, go‑to‑market planning, and risk management.
