If you want to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of gaming platforms and player experiences, we have an opportunity for you. This position will join the team providing front‑line legal support for the Xbox Organization, which builds and evolves the technologies, tools, and services that power gaming across console, PC, cloud, and emerging experiences—including those enabled by AI. You will support business teams working on developer tools, platform capabilities, and new consumer experiences, partnering closely with engineering, product, marketing, and operations teams to bring innovative ideas to players around the world. A successful candidate will enjoy tackling complex and often novel legal issues involving transactions, intellectual property, privacy, digital safety, consumer protection, and emerging technologies such as AI. The teams building Xbox platform capabilities and experiences value practical, creative legal guidance grounded in business understanding. If you are curious, collaborative, energized by innovation, and genuinely enthusiastic about games and the gaming ecosystem, this role offers the chance to put your legal skills to work in support of a premier gaming platform.
