Job Responsibility:
Ensure meeting the defined SLAs for all administration services
Monitor vendors and service provider's performance regularly to ensure quality of service/ delivery within specified timelines
Identify and negotiate with new vendors
Statutory compliance check of all vendor invoices aligned with finance to process
Manage various admin functions including facilities management, office maintenance, housekeeping services, security services, transportation and office build outs
Building Maintenance - AMC's, Fire safety etc
Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/materials and service for the proper operation of services
Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks
Routinely inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years of Administration and Facilities experience
