Job Responsibility

  • Ensure meeting the defined SLAs for all administration services
  • Monitor vendors and service provider's performance regularly to ensure quality of service/ delivery within specified timelines
  • Identify and negotiate with new vendors
  • Statutory compliance check of all vendor invoices aligned with finance to process
  • Manage various admin functions including facilities management, office maintenance, housekeeping services, security services, transportation and office build outs
  • Building Maintenance - AMC's, Fire safety etc
  • Ensuring an adequate supply of consumables/materials and service for the proper operation of services
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of all consumables to ensure smooth operations & escalate in time to achieve availability of stocks
  • Routinely inspect all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of Administration and Facilities experience
