Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Full 360 role – headhunting and placing legal professionals
Building relationships with new and existing clients in the market
Identifying candidates and building project lists
Contacting potential candidates via database, email and other networking platforms, such as LinkedIn
Conducting headhunting calls and meetings with potential candidates
Market mapping
Prepping and debriefing with both candidates and clients
Collecting intel on hiring trends and recent people moves and reporting to the team
Closing candidates and acting as an advisor to both candidates and clients during this process
Drafting job adverts and job specifications

Requirements:

36+ months legal recruitment experience OR 36+ months experience as a lawyer in a BigLaw firm
Bachelor’s degree – LLB preferred, but not essential
Strong knowledge of legal practice areas
High attention to detail
Passion for contributing to the growth of a dynamic organisation
Drive to grow & develop every day
A proactive, positive, energetic approach and attitude
