The Principal Consultant at NTT DATA will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation for clients through strategic consulting and innovative solutions. This position requires extensive experience in the IT industry, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in information technology or business management is required, with a preference for advanced degrees. The role involves leading workshops, crafting proposals, and delivering presentations to C-suite executives, making it essential to have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Job Responsibility:
Advise our clients, recommend innovative products and solutions, and use your deep industry knowledge to transform their businesses
Conduct meetings, crafting proposals, and delivering compelling presentations that demonstrate the value we bring
Lead client workshops, often engaging with C-suite and senior-level participants to develop strategies and plans that align emerging technologies with organizational goals
Help identify and translate client challenges into areas for improvement, driving business transformation and optimizing their operations
Own the integration of solutions, coordinating internally to ensure smooth implementation
Stay current with industry trends and participating in technical conferences
Collect, review, and analyze both IT and business issues during workshops
Mentor less experienced consultants
Requirements:
A strong understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs
Deep vertical/domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience
Extensive experience in a consulting or IT role within a large-scale, multinational technology services environment
Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Proficiency in managing high-pressure situations and ensuring successful project delivery
Excellent strategic thinking and business transformation skills
The capability to facilitate workshops with senior-level clients
The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
Excellent client service orientation and advanced interpersonal skills
A bachelor’s degree in information technology and/or Business Management, or a related field
