Job Description:

Allianz Consulting is the internal consulting division of the Allianz Group, offering services globally across diverse areas such as strategy, IT, claims, operations, and Agile methodologies. The role includes delivering tangible value to clients, leveraging expertise in Life insurance and annuities, managing complex projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the transformation of Allianz from within.

Job Responsibility:

Transaction office for a large M&A project
Agile transformation for one of Allianz’s largest entities
Strategic growth and transformation office for Commercial insurance
Creation of business architecture model for a Life insurance provider and process integration
End-to-end Implementation of Allianz’s innovative process mining solution for managing in-force Life insurance book(s)

Requirements:

Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems and challenges
At least 5 years of consulting, corporate strategy and/or operational experience with an emphasis on Life insurance and annuities
Solid Life insurance & annuity market knowledge and experience with key business processes
A track record of delivering tangible value to clients as well as generating revenue for consulting services
Business finance skills, e.g., standard financial modelling, business case development
Program / project management experience, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Exhibits accountability and sense of urgency to help our clients to achieve their goals
Ability to teach and mentor colleagues and help develop junior staff
Embrace and apply data-driven methodologies to problem solving
University degree, preferably an advanced degree from a leading institution
Outstanding communications skills: Writing, producing, and presenting deliverables
Demonstrable proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
