Job Description:

In our IT & Digitalization recruitment division, we assist companies in finding the right talent for permanent positions and help professionals discover their ideal job and employer; leveraging our extensive network and deep expertise.

Job Responsibility:

Recruiting & Placement: Specialize in recruiting and placing IT professionals and executives, managing the entire placement process—from initial contact to contract signing
Direct Search & Talent Pooling: Actively identify and attract suitable candidates through career networks and social media, building a sustainable talent pool
Client Management & Contract Negotiations: Develop your client portfolio strategically, conduct professional negotiations, and ensure long-term partnerships

Requirements:

A completed university degree or commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience
Solid experience in IT recruitment, particularly in direct search/executive search
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor—both over the phone and in person at the decision-maker level
Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of self- and time management to set priorities and act successfully
