Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a proven experience and successful track record of participating in the implementation of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management system at Nuclear Facilities, using a full lifecycle software implementation methodology. Acting as a Maximo functional and Nuclear subject matter expert, the senior consultant will work directly with customers in the delivery of projects as a leading and supporting facilitator of process development workshops/meetings. The Principal consultant will be responsible for developing associated deliverables for the workshops they facilitate and support, and architecting, designing, documenting, and prototyping the associated technical solutions for the IBM Maximo system configuration to be implemented. Principal consultants will also participate in the development, execution, or delivery of integrated system tests, change management, training, and post go-live support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience fulfilling multiple job roles on an implementation project
  • 5+ years of functional product experience with the IBM Maximo Asset Management or similar product
  • 5+ years working in the Nuclear Industry
  • IBM Certified Deployment Professional – Maximo Asset Management v7.5 or higher
  • IBM Certified Associate – Maximo Asset Management v7.5 or higher
  • Use of Microsoft Office Products Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills

Nice to have:

  • 2+ years managing small teams on implementation projects (For Project Lead positions)
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile software implementation Methodologies (SDLC)
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries: Power Generation for Fossil, Nuclear, or Clean/Renewables
