Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Technology banking within Specialized Industries as part of Commercial Banking.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, retain, and grow highly complex client relationships through the art of relationship management
Act as a top subject matter expert to lead highly complex and substantial cash flow, real estate loans, and certain other industry specific solutions
Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of most complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients
Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Commercial Banking Relationship Management company wide strategies
Strategically lead all levels of professional and managers across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives
Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines
Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients
Partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, leadership, and expertise on client and market needs
Requirements:
10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position
Obtaining FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses, or equivalent must be completed within 180-days of date of hire if not immediately available to transfer upon hire
Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents
