As a Principal Collaboration Sales Specialist at NTT DATA, you'll step into a high-impact role, driving our mission of innovation and excellence forward. Your day will focus on converting qualified leads into successful deals by directly engaging with clients at various levels. As a Sales Specialist, you are also responsible for generating your own pipeline and opportunities within your assigned client base. You'll present solutions that meet their unique needs, showcasing our value propositions while working closely with our internal experts. With a primary focus on managing and growing client relationships, you'll lead business conversations at the C-level and become the trusted point of contact for your clients. You will dive deep into understanding their business problems or opportunities, linking these to our solutions and services. This approach ensures that our clients see tangible value in our offerings. Much of your time will be spent actively selling or supporting the sales process alongside our Client Managers. You will work with pre-sales architects to design the best possible solutions for our clients, develop new business channels, and ensure the optimization of our proposals. Building and developing excellent stakeholder relationships will be key to your success. You will be an expert in your field, continually monitoring industry trends and maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge. Analyzing DATA and staying ahead of trends will be part of your daily activities, allowing you to bring innovative solutions to our clients. You will manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring that all proposals are tracked, managed, and delivered on time.

Requirements:
Strong experience in identifying, developing, and closing opportunities related to data, analytics, and AI solutions
Extensive experience in achieving and surpassing sales and financial targets
A strong history of developing and fostering meaningful client relationships, particularly with senior executives
Excellent skills in delivering engaging sales presentations
Proficiency in a team-based selling approach
In-depth knowledge of competitors and successful application of competing sales strategies
A demonstrable client-centric approach, capable of understanding customer challenges and providing best-fit solutions
Exceptional negotiation skills to craft solutions benefiting customers, partners, and the organization
