The Principal Collaboration Technology Sales Specialist at NTT DATA is responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships. This role requires extensive experience in achieving sales targets and developing meaningful client relationships, particularly with senior executives. Job Responsibility:
Driving sales and managing client relationships
Converting qualified leads into successful deals by directly engaging with clients
Generating your own pipeline and opportunities within your assigned client base
Presenting solutions that meet their unique needs
Managing and growing client relationships
Leading business conversations at the C-level
Becoming the trusted point of contact for your clients
Understanding their business problems or opportunities, linking these to our solutions and services
Actively selling or supporting the sales process alongside our Client Managers
Working with pre-sales architects to design the best possible solutions for our clients
Developing new business channels
Ensuring the optimization of our proposals
Building and developing excellent stakeholder relationships
Continually monitoring industry trends and maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge
Analyzing DATA and staying ahead of trends
Managing the sales process from start to finish
Ensuring that all proposals are tracked, managed, and delivered on time
Requirements:
Extensive experience in achieving and surpassing sales and financial targets
A strong history of developing and fostering meaningful client relationships, particularly with senior executives
Excellent skills in delivering engaging sales presentations
Proficiency in a team-based selling approach
In-depth knowledge of competitors and successful application of competing sales strategies
A demonstrable client-centric approach, capable of understanding customer challenges and providing best-fit solutions
Exceptional negotiation skills to craft solutions benefiting customers, partners, and the organization
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate sales forecasts and close plans
Flexibility to adapt quickly to new or urgent tasks
Experience in a technology or IT managed services environment
