I am currently headhunting for a high-impact Principal Change & Communications Manager to join a global industry leader. This is an initial 12-month contract with a strong possibility of extension, offering a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of technical change expertise and strategic corporate affairs.
Job Responsibility:
Diagnose the change environment to define the case for change, assess impacts, and deliver integrated plans that manage readiness and resistance
Develop and execute multi-channel communication materials and media strategies to promote a positive corporate image for both internal and external audiences
Coach senior stakeholders on change impact standards, public communication techniques, and the synergies between strategic goals
Evaluate the success of initiatives using standardized metrics, identifying barriers to change and implementing mitigation plans to ensure long-term value
Engage and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, using storytelling to connect and build buy-in for enterprise-level initiatives
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in designing and executing enterprise-level change initiatives alongside a strong background in employee and digital communications
A proven ability to determine the root cause of complex problems and evaluate multiple solutions to ensure a structured, value-adding approach
A leadership style focused on coaching, feedback, and creating a safe environment where team members feel empowered to speak up
Ability to navigate a complex operating model and apply an understanding of international cultural and political contexts to achieve business outcomes
