Microsoft Security sits at the intersection of identity, data, cloud, and AI. To lead in this environment, the organization must not only build world-class capabilities, but also continuously modernize how work gets done across strategy, planning, governance, and cross-functional execution. Within the Executive Office, this role serves as a strategic builder of the organization’s execution engine. The Principal, Business Transformation, AI & Automation will redesign critical business processes, starting with roadmap management, and build the KPI, telemetry, and automation foundations that improve visibility, decision quality, and operating velocity. This leader will use data, collaboration signals, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce friction, strengthen alignment, and help Microsoft Security operate at the pace required in the AI era.
