Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Principal Business Execution Consultant in Technology as part of Technology Management and Strategy. In this role you'll act as a critical program governance leader within the Digital Infrastructure Strategy Program (DISP) / Data Center Migration. The role will govern the Component Factories which are critical functions across the CTO and Cybersecurity orgs, providing timely fulfilment of CIO / app team component orders (e.g., data bases, containers, messaging services, network). The factories have a multi-year journey ahead to modernize, standardize, and simplify which will enable faster provisioning via automation and this role is the leader who will drive consistent maturation approach across all 13 Component Factories.

Job Responsibility:

Act as a top subject matter professional for Business Execution who leads highly complex, large, and cross organizational strategic initiatives with companywide impact
Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across multiple lines of business
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, broad reaching
Plan and manage strategic initiatives, using solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Provide vision, leadership, and industry knowledge regarding highly complex cross organizational strategic initiatives that significantly influence the company's business
Strategically lead all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of business and support groups
Evaluate effectiveness and provide updates to key enterprise stakeholders, leadership, and executive leadership regarding the root cause, cost or benefit, and risk evaluations

Requirements:

10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience
8+ years of experience with Large scale transformation
8+ years of experience with Large Matrix enterprise
8+ years of Reporting experience

Nice to have:

5+ years of experience leading significant change in a large, complex technology organization
3+ years of experience with cloud migrations and/or datacenter moves
Proven ability to effectively identify, document, and communicate complex problems, in writing and verbally, at the executive level
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective long-term solutions to complex problems
Experience in designing and executing governance programs of large-scale change initiatives
Highly organized, self-starter who can operate effectively in a dynamic and complex environment
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Office suite
Experience with process engineering, metrics, and reporting on production delivery across a diverse set of technological areas
