The IT company Andersen invites a Principal Business Development Manager on DACH market to join its team. Andersen is a European pre-IPO IT company uniting over 3,500 top-class professionals. Job Responsibility:

  • Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships
  • Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions
  • Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships
  • Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations
  • Proactively resolve client issues and concerns
  • Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes
  • Hold presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and client acquisition for 5+ years
  • Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills
  • Conversation and communication skills C-Level people
  • Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above

Nice to have:

Strong knowledge of IT industry and how the major processes function
