Requirements

Degree in Building Surveying (or related field) and MRICS qualified (minimum 3 years PQE)
Proven multi-discipline experience within commercial building surveying/consultancy
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
Commercial awareness and financial acumen, able to manage budgets and profitability
Ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues
Strong organisational skills, able to balance multiple instructions simultaneously
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and flexibility
