Job Description:

A multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in London. The role involves working on diverse projects across public and private sectors, delivering technical surveys, preparing specifications, and acting as contract administrator.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering condition and measured surveys, building pathology reports, fire risk assessments, access audits, and dilapidations advice
Preparing tender documentation, specifications, and AutoCAD drawings
Acting as contract administrator for minor works projects
Supporting the regional business development plan and contributing to national projects
Producing detailed technical reports and maintaining high-quality standards in line with RICS guidance

Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
Proven experience in building surveying
Strong report writing and technical ability
IT literate, including AutoCAD
A clean driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice to have:

Security clearance (OS)
Track record of improving revenues and financial performance
