Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage solutions, networking components, and database platforms
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and/or Terraform
  • Strong understanding of Azure networking concepts, including virtual networks (VNets), subnets, and network security groups (NSGs)
  • Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (AAD) for identity and access management, along with automation using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Azure CLI
  • Experience utilizing Azure DevOps to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Familiarity with Azure monitoring and management tools, including Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics
  • Solid understanding of Azure security capabilities and cloud security best practices
  • Experience with Azure Backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • Proven ability to manage IT projects, with a focus on delivering technical implementations and initiatives
  • Ability to evaluate business requirements, assess technology solutions, and develop high-level designs aligned with organizational goals and long-term strategy
  • Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure in public cloud environments, specifically AWS and/or Azure
  • Demonstrated alignment with organizational mission, brand principles, and core values, with the ability to model and apply these behaviors in daily work
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline
  • At least ten years of experience supporting the operations, maintenance, and administration of IT infrastructure
  • Minimum of five years of experience serving in a Solution Architect, Principal or Senior Engineer, Lead Developer, or comparable role, with demonstrated expertise in designing cloud-native solutions and applying cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks
