Job Responsibility:

Managing a caseload of catastrophic clinical negligence matters predominantly on behalf of NHS Resolution
providing supervision to more junior members of the team.

Requirements:

Strong previous experience of handling high value clinical negligence cases
experience of taking on extra responsibilities such as supervising a team
experience in business development.
