A new opportunity has arisen for a Principal Associate to join a well-known, top-tier law firm in their Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious, national team that promises top-quality work and fantastic career prospects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a caseload of catastrophic clinical negligence matters predominantly on behalf of NHS Resolution
  • providing supervision to more junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong previous experience of handling high value clinical negligence cases
  • experience of taking on extra responsibilities such as supervising a team
  • experience in business development.
