Job Description

As a Principal Associate of Project Management in Small Business Bank at Capital One, you can achieve results by leading and supporting critical business projects and strategic programs. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute project plans for timely delivery, while maintaining adaptability to changing priorities
  • Independently work back from a target outcome to define logical project and program management routines across a complex business environment
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, and apply sound judgment to mitigate and/or escalate
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to influence key outcomes for the business
  • Maintain acute attention to detail, exceptional organization, and rigorous commitment to quality in all aspects

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of Project Management experience
  • Experience achieving results with complex projects
  • Project Management certification (PMP)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills

  • Effectively be able to apply business expertise and collaborate across functions to distill complex requirements into actionable project plans, and enable alignment between vision and execution
