Job Description:

As a Principal Associate of Project Management in Small Business Bank at Capital One, you can achieve results by leading and supporting critical business projects and strategic programs. In this role you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that will have a direct impact on the bottom line of the company. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute project plans for timely delivery, while maintaining adaptability to changing priorities
  • Independently work back from a target outcome to define logical project and program management routines across a complex business environment
  • Identify risks and issues proactively, and apply sound judgment to mitigate and/or escalate
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to influence key outcomes for the business
  • Maintain acute attention to detail, exceptional organization, and rigorous commitment to quality in all aspects

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of Project Management experience
  • Experience achieving results with complex projects
  • Project Management certification (PMP)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving and influencing skills
