Job Description:

Principal Associate, Project Management - Integration Campaign Delivery Lead (Hybrid). The marketing operations delivery team within the Discover Integration team is looking for a dynamic Campaign Delivery Project Manager. The Card Marketing Delivery organization leads end to end delivery across all Marketing & Servicing intent in support of Integration. In this exciting role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and amplify Card’s most impactful work, solve complex problems from our distinct vantage point, all while balancing strategy and tactics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Effectively manage scope, schedules, prioritization and capacity management across the end to end workflow of intent and supporting delivery teams
  • Lead and orchestrate communication delivery of intent to ensure flawless execution across all delivery channels (ie: digital, direct mail, statements etc)
  • Partner with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical recommendations in support of project delivery
  • Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Ensure projects are being documented appropriately to mitigate risk and are delivered on time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
  • At least 3 years of Process or Project Management experience

Nice to have:

  • Masters degree or MBA
  • 4+ years of experience with project management tools (Workfront)
  • 4+ years of experience working, supporting or partnering with internal business clients
  • 4+ years of Project or Process Management experience
  • BPM, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
  • Interest, and ideally experience, in Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery platform
