Job Description

Principal Associate, Process Manager- Dealer Management. As a Principal Process Manager, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. The Principal Process Manager will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company’s bottom line. In this position you will contribute immediately while strengthening your process management best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating on larger initiatives
  • Collecting data, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements driving issue resolution and risk mitigation
  • Tracking and resolving process breakdowns
  • Understanding customers’ needs of the process and driving improvements
  • Developing and maintaining formal process documentation
  • Acting as a subject matter expert
  • May lead a team and direct others on projects

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 3 years of Process Management experience

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification
  • 1+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management
  • 4+ years of experience in Process Management
