Job Description

As Principal Associate, you will serve as the hands-on execution expert to ensure HR operational compliance with Mexican Labor regulations partnering with Legal, Payroll, Benefits and external vendors, enabling accurate, timely and compliant delivery of associates services across the employment life-cycle.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure HR Shared Services processes, SOPs and documentation comply with Mexican Labor regulations and enterprise standards
  • Act as HR Shared Services point of contact for country - specific matters and escalations involving external entities in partnership with Legal, Payroll, etc.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure adherence to compliance and SLA standards
  • Maintain operational trackers and dashboards for compliance controls and internal audits
  • Provide advisory on complex country-specific cases (absences, sick leaves, maternity/paternity leaves, voluntary terminations, etc)
  • Serve as country HR Shared Services compliance liaison with other enterprise HR functions
  • Support Workday and Salesforce documentation and reporting control

Requirements

  • Intermediate - Advanced English fluency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Generalist or Labor Relations
  • At least 1 year of experience with Mexican Labor Regulations
  • At least 1 year of experience with data management and reporting
