The Principal Associate will support Treasury Management (TM) sales throughout the sales readiness process. The primary responsibility of the Principal Associate is to develop client facing materials, commercial insights, industry benchmarks, business case, and other tools and assets to help accelerate the sales cycle and increase win rates. This includes collaboration with product management, go-to-market, marketing and sales. The Principal Associate will also help create and coordinate training on essential sales skills related to these deliverables.
Job Responsibility:

Collaboration with product management, go-to-market, marketing and sales
Help create and coordinate training on essential sales skills
Work closely with Sales team representatives in each line of business to develop benchmarks, business case, and commercial insights
Help bring TM products to market by ensuring client-facing tools and assets are maintained and up to date
Support sales readiness for existing and new products including updates to TM Sales Playbook, training, and client facing tools and assets
Coordinate with Sales, Sales Analytics and Product to identify and increase sales in underpenetrated segments and products
Develop and recommend tools and assets to measure usage and impact of Sales Enablement deliverables
Gather, maintain and provide competitive market intelligence and develop Capital One responses to overcome objections during the sales process
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of Financial Services experience
At least 2 years of Treasury Management, Payables, or Receivables experience
Nice to have:
5+ years of industry benchmarking and business case development experience
3+ years of Treasury Management, Liquidity, Payables, Receivables or related process experience
