Capital One Brand Creative is looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to bring our brand to life across different audiences, products, channels and types of communication. Job Responsibility
Write
Brainstorm big concepts one day and tackle detail-oriented projects the next
Influence, collaborate, and lead with a lot of smart people
Drive work with your art director partner and creative director
Drive work with your partners—internal marketing, line-of-business, legal and testing
Manage projects from start to finish
Create marketing that cuts through the noise
Use strategy to inform your creative decisions
Understand the importance of integrated thinking across channels, products and audiences
Learn from consumer insights
Approach each project through a creative testing lens
When applicable, leverage AI tools
Be willing to push the process and mindsets of others
Get stuff done

Requirements
At least 3 years of copywriting or creative writing experience in a professional setting
At least 1 year of experience using tools like Figma to collaborate directly with designers
Nice to have
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year working as an Associate Creative Director or leading creative work
Experience using AI tools and emerging technology in creative development
Experience in one or more of the following marketing areas: B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response
