The Principal Architect will lead the design and development of architectural solutions for major Oil & Gas projects. This role requires strategic oversight, technical expertise, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and oversee architectural design concepts for Oil & Gas facilities and related infrastructure
Ensure designs meet project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to integrate architectural solutions seamlessly
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design teams
Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections
Manage stakeholder engagement and present design proposals to clients and senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in Oil & Gas projects
Proven track record in leading architectural design for large-scale industrial or energy sector projects
Strong knowledge of international building codes, safety standards, and Oil & Gas facility requirements
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools)

Professional Architect License (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or equivalent)
