Job Description:

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Contributions have visible technical impact on a product or major subcomponent. Applies in-depth professional knowledge and innovative ideas to solve complex problems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for software systems design and development
  • Identifies and evaluates new technologies, innovations, and outsourced development partner relationships
  • Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with development guidelines and standards
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members
  • Integrate with organizational data and workflows for Copilot
  • Establish Prompt Engineering Frameworks with Copilot
  • Enable custom Copilots with internal knowledge, fine-tuned LLMs, and responsible usage practices
  • Enable Agentic Automation with Federated Governance model
  • Lead scalable automation through reusable components, design principles, and CoE enablement
  • Create accelerators, secure connectors, and templates to maximize reuse
  • Develop enterprise-grade intelligent agents using GPT-4, Azure OpenAI, and multimodal inputs
  • Use Power Platform/Azure Foundry for Agentic Automation Builder
  • Coordinate agent performance, feedback loops, and continuous learning systems
  • Define Responsible AI frameworks, architecture repositories, and compliance guardrails
  • Work with Cybersecurity, Privacy, Risk, and Enterprise Architecture to establish scalable AI/automation governance
  • Drive hybrid AI strategies using LLM models
  • Define blueprint libraries and reference architectures for AI, Copilot, and automation reusability
  • Establish knowledge portals, onboarding kits, and internal handbooks
  • Partner with Microsoft and other vendors for early previews, pilots, and enterprise POCs
  • Drive platform enablement with custom accelerators and reusable deployment pipelines
  • Track and communicate transformation value with executive dashboards and ROI metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Typically 10+ years' experience
  • Experience designing and developing software systems design tools and languages
  • Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions
  • Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture
  • Evaluating and selecting forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology
  • History of innovation with multiple patents or deployed solutions in the field of software design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language
  • Deep expertise in Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and LLMs
  • Experience aligning AI strategy with tangible business outcomes and innovation KPIs
  • Proven track record in large-scale platform adoption and CoE governance
  • Excellent executive storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
  • Fluency in Responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and risk frameworks
