Job Responsibility

  • Lead large-scale transformation programs in SAP BTP and AI from start to finish

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable field with above-average grades
  • 8+ years of experience in IT consulting and in managing complex IT and transformation programs
  • In-depth expertise in SAP BTP, integration architectures, and modern platform approaches (e.g., CAP, Integration Suite, AI Core)
  • Solid understanding of AI/GenAI and their strategic and operational applications
  • Extensive experience in planning, managing, and evaluating the economic impact of transformations, including business cases
  • Led teams (>5 people) and confidently managed complex programs and escalations
  • Operate confidently at the C-level, make decisions in complex organizations, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Proven track record in business development, particularly in acquiring and advancing projects
  • Combine technological excellence with entrepreneurial thinking and a strong focus on results
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills in German and English
  • Willing to travel internationally
