Job Description:

Prime Services Technology Program Manager role at Citi, supporting a rapidly growing business that uses technological innovation to maintain competitive advantage. The role involves working with high-profile stakeholders, business, external vendors/auditors and internal technology teams, and being part of Risk and Control team to coordinate and manage Data Concerns/Quality Issues across Prime Services organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously requiring the ability to multi-task
  • Understanding Business priorities and working as a liaison between Business and Development teams
  • Track/monitor day-day project status changes and prioritization changes
  • Executive reporting on project statuses and roadmaps for technology and business partners and sponsors
  • Ensures essential procedures are followed and contributes to defining standards
  • Manage expectations and apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
  • Install a culture of continuous process improvements by applying lessons learned from recent projects to future projects
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time, and risk
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

  • 8 or more years of experience in a relevant Program Management role
  • Understanding and exposure to Data Quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, business user interaction, issue management and status update
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and work with business users
  • Significant exposure to structured project management techniques and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Expertise on Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint presentation, Confluence, JIRA
  • Experience managing and delivering complex technical projects
  • Strong technical background, experience with Software Development Lifecycle and experience managing stakeholders in a global and dynamic environment
  • Strong listening, presentation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Superior planning, organization, project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to mobilize and motivate delivery in a co-operative and collaborative working environment
  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and project delivery skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated professional
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
