Experience with drafting, negotiating, and executing capital markets contract documentation (including cash prime brokerage agreements, futures agreements, OTC clearing agreements, ISDA master agreements, intermediation agreements (FXPBA), repurchase agreements (GMRA/GMSLA), and stock lending agreements (MSLA))
working with prime services, prime derivatives services, and related financing businesses

Job Responsibility

Drafting, negotiating, and executing capital markets contract documentation to support the Prime Services and Prime Derivative Services businesses
ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
managing strategic transactions
overseeing business contracts
coordination with internal and external stakeholders
creation, review, negotiation and management of legal documents
transaction support including preparation of transaction summaries and conducting due diligence
development and implementation of transaction processes and procedures
pro-active identification, communication, and provision of legal advice on applicable laws, rules and regulations
