Primary Teaching Assistant Opportunities in East Grinstead Randstad Education is recruiting enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to work in a network of schools across the East Grinstead area. This is a Term-Time Only contract offering both Full-Time or Part-Time flexibility. About the Role & Your Impact You will be a vital partner to teachers and pupils, focused on creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning experience for young children. Your Key Duties Include: Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and activities. Providing targeted support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Helping with behaviour management and maintaining classroom structure.
