Job Description:

Are you a dedicated individual eager to help young children reach their full potential? Randstad Education is currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to join our network of thriving schools across Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a rewarding role in a local primary school where you can truly impact the classroom.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering creative lessons alongside the Lead Teacher
  • Leading small group sessions or providing 1:1 support for pupils who need an extra boost
  • Assisting children with Special Educational Needs to ensure they remain engaged and supported
  • Helping to prepare teaching materials and maintaining an organised, positive environment

Requirements:

  • Previous work with children (ideally in a primary school setting)
  • A patient, nurturing, and adaptable personality
  • Strong communication and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • A firm commitment to safeguarding
  • An enhanced DBS check is mandatory

Nice to have:

  • A formal qualification in childcare or education
