Job Responsibility:
Small Group Support: Leading fun activities in Literacy and Numeracy
1:1 Inclusion: Supporting children with SEN to reach their full potential
Teacher's Right Hand: Helping set up the classroom and managing student conduct
Safe Play: Supervising pupils during break times to ensure a positive environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children (Schools, Youth Work, or Coaching)
A patient, adaptable, and "can-do" attitude
Reliability-being a consistent, friendly face for the children
An enhanced DBS (or the willingness to apply for one)
