Job Description:

Randstad Education is looking for adaptable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our elite supply pool, supporting inclusive primary schools in the scenic Upper Beeding area. Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis to boost their confidence
  • Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Helping manage classroom transitions and activities with a proactive approach

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children (Schools, Nurseries, Sports Coaching, or Youth Work)
  • A proactive, 'can-do' mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with students and staff
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for a new one with our help)
