Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding career in education? If you've ever considered becoming a Teaching Assistant but don't have experience, we can support you in taking the first steps towards this fulfilling role! About the Role: We are looking for full-time Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Crawley, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 15:30 during term time. No prior experience is required - just a commitment to supporting children's learning and a willingness to train.

Job Responsibility:

Support children's learning
Work 1:1 with pupils
Work in small intervention groups
Work as a general classroom TA

Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
Commitment to a full-time role (Monday-Friday, 08:30-15:30)
A proactive and adaptable approach to working in different school settings
A willingness to train and learn new skills
Driving is ideal but not essential
