Job Description:

Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Full-time or Part-time term-time contracts. £90 - £95 per day, PAYE, Referral Bonus. Responsibilities include assisting teachers, providing individual and small-group support, cultivating inclusive classroom culture, behaviour management, and supporting SEN pupils. Ideal candidate has experience with children, strong communication, and commitment to safeguarding.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting teachers in the delivery of captivating lessons
  • Providing focused, individual, and small-group support to help every student excel in core subjects
  • Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and highly supportive classroom culture where every child feels they belong
  • Skillfully assisting with behaviour management to maintain a structured and productive environment
  • Providing crucial, specialist support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
