Mastering the Flow: Skillfully assisting with behaviour management to maintain a structured and productive environment. Empowering SEN Pupils: Providing crucial, specialist support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

  • Inclusion & SEND Advocacy: Provide dedicated guidance to pupils with additional needs (such as Autism, ADHD, or speech and language delays), implementing individual learning plans with patience and care
  • Positive Behaviour Support: Encourage high standards of behaviour by utilising the school's positive reinforcement strategies, helping children stay focused and emotionally regulated
  • Progress Tracking: Observe and record student engagement and breakthroughs, offering clear feedback to the Class Teacher and SENCO to help shape future learning plans
