Primary Teaching Assistant

• A cache/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Education is highly desirable, though relevant experience is prioritised.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a nurturing approach to pupil engagement.
• An adaptable, proactive professional demeanour, comfortable supporting individual pupils, small intervention groups, or assisting with general classroom management.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete a new check).
