Job Description:

Teaching Assistant - Inspire and Support Young Minds. Do you have a passion for education and a desire to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support both classroom learning and individual student development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with teachers to provide engaging and effective classroom support
  • Offer one-to-one assistance to students with additional needs, helping them to build confidence and achieve their goals
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued
  • Assist in preparing learning materials and classroom resources
  • Support small group activities to encourage collaboration and active engagement
  • Monitor and communicate student progress to teaching staff and parents as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
  • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to meeting individual needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certificate, are beneficial but not essential
