Job Responsibility:

Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Provide essential support to both individual students and small groups
Help create a positive and inspiring learning environment where every child can succeed

Requirements:

A genuine passion for supporting student learning and development
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Previous experience in education or relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to assisting in the classroom
Eligibility to work in the UK and a willingness to undergo a DBS check
