Job Description:

Randstad Education is currently seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to join a network of schools in Crawley. This is a Term-Time Only contract offering both Full-Time and Part-Time flexibility. As a vital partner to teachers, you will ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering targeted support to individuals and small groups, including students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Assisting with lesson delivery and behaviour management
  • Organizing classroom resources and participating in school events

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children
  • Caring and patient approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Firm commitment to safeguarding (enhanced DBS required)
  • Relevant qualifications are desirable but not mandatory
