Primary Teaching Assistant | Classroom Support | Local Primary Schools. A Career Built on Inspiration and Opportunity. We are seeking dedicated Classroom Support Assistants to work within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings. This role is ideal for those passionate about primary education, literacy, and community building. You will support the Class Teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring no child is left behind. Job Responsibility:

Small Group Interventions (lead 'breakout' sessions to support pupils in core subjects)
Creative Classroom Management (prepare resources, create displays, manage classroom behaviour)
Holistic Pupil Support (assist with social and emotional development)
Collaborative Success (work closely with Class Teacher to track pupil progress)

Requirements:

Are Proactive & Energetic
Have Relevant Experience (from a school, youth club, coaching, or any setting where you have mentored or led young people)
Are Academically Confident (strong grasp of the primary curriculum)
Are Committed (hold an enhanced DBS or are willing to apply)
