Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team at a vibrant school in Warrington. This is a long-term, full-time position offering the chance to make a real difference in children's lives and contribute to a supportive learning environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting students' educational journeys.

Job Responsibility:

Provide individual and group support to students
Assist in creating and delivering personalized learning plans
Collaborate with the classroom teacher on lesson planning and behaviour management
Offer support with personal care and mobility (where necessary)
Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
Minimum 6 months UK school experience
Eligibility to work in the UK
Experience working with SEN children is preferred
