Primary Teaching Assistant Role - Randstad Education, East Grinstead. Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to work in various schools across the East Grinstead area. This is a term-time only position with flexible full-time or part-time options. This role involves crucial support for primary teachers and students to foster a constructive and engaging learning environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organization
Providing focused, one-on-one or small- group support to students
Helping with behaviour management to maintain classroom structure
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Promoting an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
Participating in school meetings and events as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
A firm commitment to child safeguarding and welfare
Relevant qualifications are a plus but not mandatory
