Primary Teaching Assistant

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organization
• Providing focused, one-on-one or small- group support to students
• Helping with behaviour management to maintain classroom structure
• Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Promoting an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
• Participating in school meetings and events as needed

• Prior experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting
• A firm commitment to child safeguarding and welfare
