Job Description:

Primary Teaching Assistant position working with children aged 4-11 years, supporting students with SEND/SEMH needs including ASD and ADHD, focusing on Phonics and Reading in a fantastic 'Outstanding' graded Primary School in Barnet.

Job Responsibility:

Working alongside class teacher to support students in and out of lessons
Supporting students with SEND/SEMH needs on 1:1 and small group basis
Focusing on Phonics and Reading
Helping class teachers deliver lesson material and meet academic targets
Working with children aged 4-11 years

Requirements:

Graduate with strong academics
Previous experience working with children
Previous experience working with SEND/SEMH needs
Desire to work with children of all ages and abilities

Nice to have:

Outgoing and compassionate personality
Confident and motivated individual
