Job Responsibility
Lead 'breakout' sessions to support pupils who need an extra boost in core subjects like English and Maths
Assist the teacher in preparing resources, creating displays, and managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
Assist with the social and emotional development of students, helping them build resilience and teamwork skills
Work closely with the Class Teacher to track pupil progress and ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment
Requirements
Proactive & Energetic
Relevant Experience (school, youth club, coaching, or any setting where you have mentored or led young people)
Academically Confident (strong grasp of the primary curriculum and ability to explain concepts)
Committed (holds an enhanced DBS or willing to apply, 100% dedicated to Safeguarding and child welfare)
Nice to have
