Job Responsibility

  • Lead 'breakout' sessions to support pupils who need an extra boost in core subjects like English and Maths
  • Assist the teacher in preparing resources, creating displays, and managing classroom behavior to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
  • Assist with the social and emotional development of students, helping them build resilience and teamwork skills
  • Work closely with the Class Teacher to track pupil progress and ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment
