Overview of Responsibilities: In this role, you will be a vital link in the classroom, aiding both teachers and pupils to ensure a productive and lively educational setting. Your core duties will involve: Collaborating with teaching staff to execute lessons and manage classroom logistics. Delivering tailored academic support to individuals or small clusters of learners. Implementing effective behavioral strategies to preserve a calm and focused classroom. Assisting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure curriculum access. Fostering a welcoming, diverse, and encouraging school culture. Engaging in staff briefings, school functions, and planning sessions.
