Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Classroom Support Assistants to work within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 settings. This role is ideal for those passionate about primary education, literacy, and community building. You will support the Class Teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring no child is left behind.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work across the whole class, leading small groups in phonics, reading, or maths to boost confidence and attainment
  • Lead breakout sessions to support pupils who need an extra boost in core subjects like English and Maths
  • Assist the teacher in preparing resources, creating displays, and managing classroom behaviour
  • Assist with the social and emotional development of students
  • Work closely with the Class Teacher to track pupil progress
